Q: Activity! Who do you want to be? If you could choose any
character from a book. What do you think that character looks like and
what do you have in common?
My Answer: Cherry Ames from the Cherry Ames Nursing stories by Helen Wells. Cherry was absolutely beautiful in my minds eye, which I am not. She was into all kinds of nursing, had all kinds of romances with the various stories and she had character which was consistent for the time her stories were set in. She was patriotic and loyal, faithful to a fault, kind and giving. I do believe she shaped my character to a large degree as she was a perfect role model.
How do you see yourself as a book character? Let's talk.

My Follow Friday
It's a 1940-1950 series I believe....could even be older, but I loved her dearly as a child.
Awesome answer, she sounds like a really caring person :)

Interesting choice, I need to read these! My FF: http://hardcoreheroines.blogspot.co.uk/ or @HardcoreHeroine :D
It's actually very nice and refreshing to see something that made an impact on you when you were a child!
I'm a new linky follower.
Here's my FF post.
Followed you back :)
I haven't read any of those books, but I'll add them to my to-be-read list. And also, thank you so much for putting my button on the side of your blog. You don't know how surprised I was. ;)
