Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.” —Groucho Marx

  • Weekly Question & Answer:

Q: What is the last book that made you cry? Tell us about the scene…

A:  It's been awhile since a book brought out that kind of emotion for me.
Jodi Piccoult's  My Sister's Keeper could have won an award for being the tear jerker of the year.   And I'm talking the ending of the book and the ending of the movie which were two totally different endings btw.   Yeah, I'll go with that
  • What touched  you?

I've seen the movie and I cried and cried. But I haven't read the book, because I heard there was a different ending. I wonder why they did that?

I watched that movie. And it hits a little too close to home as I have kidney failure. So after the first time I never watched it again.

New follower...thanks for stopping by!

I cried more at the ending of the book than the movie because the ending was so unexpected! I didn't see that coming at all and it's definitely one of the books that made me cry the most.
Old follower :)

I've been afraid to both watch this movie and read the book because I knew it had to be a tearjerker. Looks like I was right, lol.

Thanks for stopping by Book Sojourner! old follower :)
